About Lipi

Welcome to my coaching practice! I'm Lipi Grover, and I'm here to guide you through life's transitional spaces and help you discover your own path through the in-between.

As your coach, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep passion for helping individuals navigate the twists and turns of life. My own journey has been marked by various transitions, which have shaped me into the coach I am today. Through navigating several career paths (strategy consulting, tech startup, event planning, solopreneurship) to getting my MBA at UC Berkeley to moving to many cities and starting over, I understand the challenges, uncertainty, and self-discovery that come with these moments of change, and I'm here to offer you support, insight, and a sherpa through the experience.
